We're pleased to see you're interested in downloading and using our modifications. There are some things we think you should know first.

The first thing to be aware of, is that we are primarily a .NET Software Development company. Work on these modifications happens when we have spare time amongst our other commercial projects.

Secondly, although we offer these for free download, you do need to register to get them. We realise that can be a bit irritating, but this is necessary to prevent people and bots abusing our resources (you would be surprised how many "download sites" list Chronicle, and how few of them are reputable). Rest assured, though, that in accordance with our privacy policy we do not share your details with third parties, and we don't subscribe you to newsletters. There's a signup form for our newsletter on our home page if you are interested in subscribing to our newsletters.

Third, free or not, we don't authorise redistribution. We take a very hardline stance on this - under no circumstances may you redistribute our modifications. If you would like to translate them into another language, then contact us first - for free modifications it is unlikely we will refuse a genuine request to redistribute translated versions. However, we strictly forbid that for commercial modifications. If you are discovered redistributing modifications, paid or free, then we will block your forum account (and associated support contracts if you have any). Consider yourself warned.

Fourth, support. Our product support team fully supports these modifications, but please bear in mind they're offered as a courtesy only. This means that our support team may sometimes take longer than expected to get back to you on support for them when we are experiencing a higher than normal workload.
