Our forum uses IPB 3.1.2 and unreal protal.
We also have IP Content.
I like the way I can promote articles to IP Content.
I dont like the look of Content.
We also use IP Shoutbox.
With all this said, there are some issue.
We would like to use the Content wrapper, but the Shoutbox comes through the wrapper to Content. and does not work with IE7.
We only want the Shoutbox in unreal portal and the forums.
Ideally what we want is a nicer Content page, ability for members to log in from content page and uportal. without the shoutbox on the content page.

Can this be done with Fusion?

No.

I believe you may be misinterpreting what Fusion Menu does. It merely provides the capability to add another navigation area to the header of your forum, as well as the ability to configure the Primary Navigation tabs. It will not provide pages, logins, wrappers, or anything like that.
