Hello,
I have ipb 3.1.2 and I am not using the original style, but Baisik. I have been trying to change the primary navigations by editing templates, css and adding some free applications and hooks, but so far nothing has integrated fully with it. I reached this point as I decided that I should pay for quality and since I find the fusion menu very professional (especially the money-back terms) I want to ask whether you have an idea if it will work with this skin, or if not I could purchase the "Free Modification Enhanced Support" and I receive support. I asking all this, because I have tried many ways to make sub-menu's, but none of them worked so I am feeling rather suspicious now and I would like to know whether it is worth to give the money. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello,

We don't usually offer support for other skins directly, but where possible we're more than happy to work with skin authors to ensure mutual compatibility. You're actually in luck - we've actually discussed with Ehren already for the Checkered skin, and he advises that the solution should work for all IPBFS skins. We haven't looked specifically at Baisik at this point though.

For an added note, the enhanced support for free modifications is only for the, well, free modifications. For commercial products such as Fusion Menu, support is part of the purchase price - no extra fees (not even renewals, though we do charge for major version upgrades).
