Hello,

A lot of our customers complain that your menus suffer from positioning issues in our skins. They have reported to us that it was a styling issue as you said. I looked into this and I can notice two things:
- they need styling - which is obviously our work
- they positions in wrong ways - which is (in my opinion) your work

Please get in touch with me so that we can discuss technical solutions to get our products working together.

Thank you,

Regards,
S. Penet,
Skinbox Management.

Hi there Sebastian,

Thanks for getting in touch. I've also replied to your ticket, but just so you know we're more than happy to look into issues that make it difficult to support our products - happy customers are in everyone's interests. I've added partner permissions to your account so you can access special partner builds of Fusion Menu so you can take a stab at it. If you encounter any issues, do feel free to contact us.

Thanks

Hello,

I have already been working on a live install of Fusion Menu. The problem is the positioning: you do absolute positioning with the menus by calculating the positions of the element. Changing it to use relative + absolute would probably fix the issues with our skins while preventing you from reworking your positioning code too much.

Thank you for your cooperation,

Regards,
S. Penet,

Hi there. Thx that your help to fix the problem.

I have one another question. Can your tell me, how i can insert the arrow in the Fusion drop down menue like this ?

http://live.skinbox....pdown_arrow.png

I like the arrow in drop down menues and it is good for users to see that there are drop downs.

How and where i can insert the arrow in the Links please ?

thx

I'm afraid that's definitely outside the scope of support - the answer is to modify the templates. In theory it would be a simple matter of inserting an <img> element (or maybe CSS background) and possibly an <if> test to check if there are subitems.
